Our company as aLivello Home Collection (AKC Mobilya San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. – Akan Ahşap) started its operations in November 2005 in a 3,800 m² enclosed area. In 2008, our company underwent a corporate transformation, training its personnel and continuing its efforts by renewing its machinery park, reaching a production capacity of 1,000 bedroom and dining room sets per month. In 2013, as part of our ongoing institutionalization efforts, we transitioned to an ERP system in addition to our existing production and accounting software. Our factory, located in the İnegöl Organized Industrial Zone, expanded to a new facility with 11,000 m² of enclosed area, totaling 22,000 m². This facility integrates production, shipment, warehouse tracking, after-sales services, and accounting. All packages and products within the packages are fully barcoded and automated within our system, ensuring smooth delivery to our valued customers. While continuing production with state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery, our production park includes two HPP11 panel sizing machines, three channeled edge banding machines, two Italian curved edge saws, four Robland sliding table saws, two Rover CNC processing machines, one Vitap three-head drilling and one single-head drilling machine, one seven-head multi-drilling machine, in-house curved press machines, one PVC membrane machine, and a total of 127 employees. With this infrastructure, we have reached a production capacity of 2,000 bedroom and dining room sets per month.
