Macitler Furniture was founded in 1993 by Serdal Macit as a upholstery shop at first. When the conditions of the time are taken into consideration, Macitler, standing out in terms of style thanks to their fabric choice and the fine handcraftsmanship, added skeleton workshop next to the upholstery in 1995. Due to the positive feedback and the demand in such short notice, the first step for branding was taken as Macitler Furniture in 1996 by opening a store in Modoko. The first store has laid the most important building block at the core of today's Macitler Furniture's retail approach. The understanding of the customer-focused retail policy has paved the way to an extensive portfolio in a short period of time. Thanks to this mentality, the demand increased day by day and in the beginning of the 2000’s Macitler Furniture opened new stores first at Bağdat Caddesi later at Masko. Until 2005 Macitler, attaching more importance to design, had not actually taken a part in the production phase. That year, the firm added furniture factory and dyehouse to its collection. Developing its design concept, formed a unique style and started producing its own furniture. After 2012, adopting a modern style in furniture Macitler, both enhanced its production facilities and started building the reputation it has today with a new design team. In 2013, the corporate changes and the investment in branding paid off and Macitler Furniture has become a very well-known Turkish brand both locally and abroad. Today Macitler Furniture, serving at multiple locations, is a brand that is known for its designs and concepts in Turkey and all over the world.
